JL500 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and jl500 ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the jl500 online gaming platform accessible at jl500.best. These Terms apply to all games, sports betting markets, promotions, account features, and payment services offered by jl500.

By completing the jl500 registration process, checking the acceptance box, and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not register or use jl500.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with jl500.

To register and maintain an account on jl500, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jl500 operates in accordance with Philippine gaming law, which sets the minimum age for online gambling at 21. We use a combination of document verification and third-party age checks to enforce this requirement.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. jl500 holds a PAGCOR licence that authorises operations within Philippine jurisdiction only.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of jl500, any of our game providers, or any company affiliated with jl500 operations.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other Philippine gaming authority at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and verifiable personal information. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jl500 account only. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms. If jl500 discovers multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and a valid payment method. You must ensure all information is accurate and kept up to date. Notify jl500 support at support@jl500.best if any of your registered details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before jl500 processes your first withdrawal or if your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds set by PAGCOR. KYC documents required include:

• A government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• A selfie or live photo verification where requested by our compliance team

jl500 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of document submission. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal requests will be held. We will not use your KYC documents for any purpose other than regulatory compliance — see our Privacy Policy for full details.

jl500 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) only. All balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (Philippine-issued)

The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits are credited to your jl500 account in real time for e-wallets (GCash, Maya) and within 1–3 hours for bank transfers.

jl500 does not accept third-party deposits. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and the depositing account flagged for review.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.

For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–20 minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay/PESONet) are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours during standard banking hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours may take up to the next business day.

Before your first withdrawal is released, your jl500 account must have completed KYC verification. jl500 also reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual activity has been detected on an account.

The following conditions must be met before any withdrawal is approved:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete and confirmed.
• The full wagering requirement attached to any active bonus must have been met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they convert to real money balance.
• No unresolved disputes or fraud investigations are open on your account.
• Your account must not be under a self-requested cooling-off or self-exclusion period.

jl500 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the general terms below, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the bonus amount before they convert to withdrawable real money balance. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before it becomes withdrawable.

Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide on jl500:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Tongits and other card games: 25% contribution
• Roulette and table games: 10% contribution
• Sports betting (settled bets at odds 1.50 or higher): 15% contribution
• Live dealer baccarat and blackjack: 5% contribution

Time Limits: Most jl500 bonuses have an expiry period of 30 days from the date of activation unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry will result in the remaining bonus balance being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse: jl500 monitors bonus activity closely. Patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including placing low-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

All games on jl500 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the individual game rules take precedence for that specific game.

Technical Faults: If a technical fault occurs during a game session or a live event — such as a server interruption, data feed failure, or software error — jl500 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to your balance. This applies to both casino games and sports betting markets.

Sports Betting: All sports bets on jl500 are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, jl500 follows these rules:

• Matches postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original start time: all bets void, stakes returned.
• Matches abandoned after kick-off but before completion: jl500 will apply the rules of the relevant league or tournament. In the absence of clear governing body guidance, bets will be voided.
• Incorrect odds published due to human or data error: jl500 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds before or after settlement.

Maximum Winnings: Single-event winnings are capped at ₱5,000,000 per bet or game round. Accumulator bets on sports are capped at ₱2,000,000. These limits apply to real money winnings and do not include bonus funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl500 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation:

• Registering more than one jl500 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using jl500 for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially or criminally prohibited activity under Philippine law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on jl500.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jl500's platform. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and are subject to forfeiture.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or manipulate game results.
• Attempting to access jl500's back-end systems, databases, or source code without authorisation.
• Using a VPN or similar service to disguise your true location and circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

jl500 cooperates fully with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies in cases involving financial crime or serious player conduct violations. Account information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.

jl500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated. In most cases, we will notify you of a suspension and give you an opportunity to respond before taking permanent action.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, jl500 will conduct a review of the account's transaction history. Funds remaining in the account will be held until the review is complete. If no violation is confirmed, funds will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may close your jl500 account at any time by contacting support@jl500.best. Before closing, ensure any qualifying real money balance is withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

jl500 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and in accordance with PAGCOR licence requirements. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no cost and accessible at all times from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending on jl500. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play on jl500.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl500's total liability to you in connection with your use of the jl500 platform is limited to the real money balance held in your jl500 account at the time the claim arises.

jl500 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jl500, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures, or regulatory changes).

jl500 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect access. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

jl500 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated by email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on jl500.best, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Minor updates (such as clarifying existing language, correcting typographic errors, or updating contact information) may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of jl500 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with material changes, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of jl500 are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any legal dispute.

Dispute Process: Before pursuing formal legal action, jl500 encourages players to contact our support team at support@jl500.best with a detailed description of their concern. jl500 aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, players may escalate to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process as authorised under our operating licence.

These Terms are written in English and governed by their English text. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English version.
